Eiffel Excellence Scholarships for International Students in France 2023 Academic Year (Fully Funded)

Scholarship Description:

Applications are being accepted for the France 2023 Eiffel Excellence Scholarships. All international students have the chance to study their master's or doctoral degrees in France thanks to the generosity of the French government. The French Government Scholarship is open to applicants from all around the world. There are fully funded scholarships available for postgraduate study in France. All brilliant students have the incredible opportunity to study for free in France thanks to Campus France.

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarships in France are intended specifically for students who reside outside of France. This, in essence, is only accessible to overseas students. The educational governing board has come together to jointly establish this worldwide scholarship in France. This would make it easier for the French educational institution to work with other educational organizations to preserve the standard and distinctiveness of higher education in French. On behalf of France, the students will showcase higher education and skill levels throughout the globe. The students are strongly encouraged to pick up additional abilities that will enable them to thrive in a global setting.

Financial Benefits:

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarships are fully funded scholarships for students these scholarships are free to apply for and provide all necessary funding. The full financial benefits are provided bellow:

• Living costs  €1,081 for Master Students and €1,700 for PhD Students. 
• Travel Cost.
• Accommodation.
• Cultural Activities Cost.

This scholarship is awarded in to two available areas of studies, Science and Technology Field & Humanities and Social Science:

Science & Technology Field

1. Biology and Health
2. Engineering Sciences
3. Ecological Transition
4. Mathematics and Digital

Humanities & Social Science Field

1. History, French language and civilization
2. Law and political science
3. Economics and management

Scholarship Duration:

The duration of this scholarship is different according level of study as bellow:

• For Master 2, no more than 12 months.
• Maximum 24 months for Master 1.
• For Master of Engineering Programs can be last up to 36 months.
• For Doctoral Program Maximum 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants with the following criteria will be eligible to apply for Eiffel Excellence Scholarship:

• Citizens of every country except France.
• Should be able to take admission from one of French Universities.
• 25 Years old is age limit for Master programs.
• 30 Years old is age limit for PhD programs.

English Language Requirement:

At French Universities, all classes are taught in English,. As a result, candidates from non-English speaking backgrounds must demonstrate English language ability. Candidates can use their IELTS test results, which are the most commonly recognized exams worldwide, for this reason.

However, if a person fails to submit their IELTS scores, they should choose one of the IELTS substitute exams, such as;

English Certificate Exemption:

In the following situations students are waived to submit an English Proficiency Certificate:

• Those who are citizen of English Speaking Countries.
• Those who have studied their last degree in English.

Note: in some French Universities applicants can take admission without have English Proficiency Certificate, or in most of Universities the required level of English is B2 according CEFR. 

Application Deadline:

The deadline for application is January 10, 2023.

The result announcement will be on April 3, 2023.

Application Procedure:

There are 2 Steps and you can follow the following instruction for your apply procedure:

        1st Step

• For guidance and advice on your study plans, get in touch with Campus France in your home country of on your region or the Cooperation and Cultural Action Department of the French Embassy.
• Contact the foreign relations department of a French institution via its website, via phone, or by e-mail to find out the steps and dates for submitting an application.
• You can chose any of French universities.

       2nd Step

• Your application for the Eiffel Scholarship can be accepted or approved by the institution.
• Your application will be submitted by the institution online through the specific Campus France website.
