HIT - CSC Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
General Criteria:
- Applicants should not be Chinese citizen.
- Have good health condition.
- Must be studied and already graduated form Bachelor Degree if want to apply for Master's Degree.
- Hold Master's Degree in applying for Doctoral Degree.
- Master applicants should be younger than 35 years.
- PhD applicants should be younger than 40 years.
- If someone is applying for Chinese Thought Programs must have HSK Level-4.
- If someone is applying for English thought programs must have Knowledge of English or its better to have Proof of English Language.
Required Documents for HIT:
All documents are required in English or Chinese Languages and if in case the documents are in other language, all of them must be translated and notarized by official notary.
- Application Form of Chinese Government Scholarship of CSC application Form (Link is provided at the end)
- Diploma from last Degree that applicants have studied.
- Academic Transcripts from last Degree that applicants have studied.
- Passport (the bio page).
- Proof of Language:
-For Chinese Thought Programs HSK Level-4 Certificate (it is valid for 2 years)
-For English Thought Programs in the applicant is not native speaker or has not studied his/her last degree in English IELTS Band 6 or TOEFL IBT-80 is required.
The university may arrange one interview to test your English Level.
- Two Letter of recommendations.
- Study Plan more than 1,000 Words
The Chinese supervisor of a PhD candidate must approve and sign the candidate's study plan. The Format can be find here.
For Master applicants supervisor signature is not required.
- Having a physical examination form which is valid for 6 months here.
- Criminal Record from the country where you are living.

Application Guideline:
Please follow the instructions below to properly submit your application for HIT:
1st. Follow the following steps at CSC online application website:
- Make an account at CSC website.
- Select Type B and fill out the CSC Scholarship Application form online. University Code is: 10213
- At the end, application form's PDF format must be downloaded and added at university application portal.
2nd. Apply On HIT Portal and upload all documents again with CSC application form there:
- Send all documents with CSC Application form tho the HIT email and wait until response.
