Applications are now being accepted for the Romania Government Scholarships for Non-European Students at Bachelor, Master and Phd Degrees for 2023-24 Academic Year in Romania. Many scholarship opportunities exist for learners from all over the globe through this program. The language of instruction will be Romanian or English, depending on what degree you are pursuing. The Romanian government's  awards a couple of scholarships to nationals of non-EU nations each year. Only candidates with strong academic results or an average of the study years at the most recent school out of which they graduated of at least 7 (seven), matching the Romanian grading scale or the Good mark, as applicable, are eligible.

Financial Benefits:

Monthly Stipend:

Monthly 65 lei for undergraduate and as well as preparatory students.

Monthly 75 lei for Master's Degree students.

Monthly 85 lei for PhD Students

Applicants can select 3 different or same fields in 3 different or same Universities while applying at the platform at any degree that they are eligible for like;  Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degrees:

Eligibility Criteria:

General Criteria:

• Must be citizen of non-European Countries.
• If applying for a Bachelor's Degree, applicants must have graduated from high school.
• In applying for a Master's degree, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree.
• In applying for a Doctorate, applicants must have a Master's degree.

Required Documents:

All documents must be in English, French, Spanish or Romanian Languages and in case other languages must be translated to an acceptable language.

1. Diploma from last degree.
2. Academic Transcripts from last degree.
3. The informative three pages of Passport or Identity Card.
4. Birth Certificate. (if applicable.)
5. Curriculum Vitae. (English or French)
6. Phd candidates must submit a motivation letter plus their last degree publications. The languages of the papers must be in one of English, French, or Romanian languages.
7. Other Extra Documents.

Necessary Dates:

Application Period: starts on 15th December 2022 and will be open until 1st March 2023.

Announcement of Result is 15 July 2023. The decision will be notified to candidates through email.
