 About Scholarship: 

For full-time study under Bachelor, Master, and PhD educational programs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites applications from overseas students, including persons who are of Kazakh descent but do not hold citizenship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  About Kazakhstan: 

More than 19 million people live in Kazakhstan, which is officially the Republic of Kazakhstan and is placed in Central Asia. Kazakhstan is the biggest landlocked nation in the world, bordered by five nations. 60% of the region's GDP is produced, mostly by its oil and gas sector. Along with sharing a substantial border with the Caspian Sea, it also has borders with other nations.

Kazakhstan has a diverse landscape, including deserts, flatlands, rock gorges, and snow-capped mountains. Due to its enormous land area, it has one of the lowest population densities worldwide. There are around 131 different ethnic groups in Kazakhstan, including Kazakhs, Russians, Uzbeks, Ukrainians, and Germans. Islam is the predominant religion in the nation, with 26% of the population identifying as Christian. Kazakhstan does, however, formally recognize religious freedom. Studying in Kazakhstan would be a terrific chance to explore a totally unique culture that is extremely different from that of Western nations.

 Fields, Majors and Universities: 

There are Different Universities and different majors for applicants. Before applying trough application form, check the Universities' List and select your program with its code. Be care of the language the program. 

 Required Documents: 

All Documents must be in one of (Kazakh, English or Russian) Languages.

Bachelor's Degree:

1. School Graduation Certificate.
2. Academic Transcripts from school with at least Average score of Good.
3. ID or Passport.
4. One Letter of Recommendation.
5. Motivation Letter.
6. A medical certificate for study abroad, issued by the official health authority of the applicant's home country, containing the findings of a therapist, neurologist, psychiatrist, as well as information from a fluorographic (X-ray) examination, lab results, and a doctor's note attesting to the absence of AIDS and the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection).
7. Invitation letter from the university in Kazakhstan (if available).
8. Printed and Signed Application Form.

Application Form

Master's Degree:

1. Bachelor Diploma.
2. Academic Transcripts from Bachelor's Degree with average score of (3 out of 4).
3. ID or Passport.
4. Two Letter of Recommendations.
5. Motivation Letter.
6. A medical certificate for study abroad, issued by the official health authority of the applicant's home country, containing the findings of a therapist, neurologist, psychiatrist, as well as information from a fluorographic (X-ray) examination, lab results, and a doctor's note attesting to the absence of AIDS and the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection).
7. Invitation letter from the university in Kazakhstan (if available).
8. Printed and Signed Application Form.
9. An international certified Language Certificate with the following requirements:

English: IELTS at least 5.5 Band. TOEFL IBT at least 45. TOEFL PBT at least 453.

German: Niveau B2/level B2

French: B2

Note: For Native speakers, providing certificate is not required.

1. Master's Degree Diploma.
2. Academic Transcripts from Masters's Degree with average score of (3 out of 4).
3. ID or Passport.

9. Affirmation of the dissertation research's subject in the medium of teaching (Kazakh or Russian or English).

German: Niveau B2/level B2

French: B2
