 Eligible Criteria: 

 Age Limit: 

• Master's Degree: Lower than 40 years old.
• Phd Level: Lower than 45 years old.

 CGPA Limit: 

• For Master's Applicants: at least 3 out of 4 in Bachelor's Degree.
• For Phd Applicants: at least 3 out of 4 in Master's Degree.

 English Requirement: 

• IELTS: at least 6.0 Band.
• TOEFL - PB: at least 550.
• Last Degree in English: no English document is required.

 Who Can Apply? 

All documents must be in English language and PDF format.

1. Citizens of Eligible Countries.
2. Students desire to study a full-time Master of PhD level in Malaysia Country.
3. Students are currently studying in one of the mentioned universities in a Full-Time Master's or PhD program and still 2 semester is remained.

 Required Documents:

1. Passport (at least 6 month validity is required).
2. Transcripts of all last higher educational levels (for Master's applicants just Bachelor's Degree and for Phd Applicants Bachelors's + Master's Degree transcripts are required).
3. An English Language Proficiency Certificate like (IELTS or TOEFL) in case last degree was in English, a certified document from the previous university is required.

6. Research Proposal just for applicants who are applying Master's by Research Programs and as well as all PhD applicants. 
7. Acceptance or Admission letter form one of the mentioned universities. (If applicable) 

 Application Guide: 

There is an e-application System for MIS Scholarship which the system is open for application until 18th May 2023. Fill out the online registration form and attach any relevant papers.
